By using RepDay you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The service
RepDay is a mobile app that lets personal trainers and similar instructors track students, sessions, packages and payments.
2. Free trial and subscription
- The app is free to download. A 14-day free trial is offered; after that a monthly or yearly subscription is required.
- Subscriptions are bought, managed and cancelled through Google Play. The price shown in Google Play depends on your region.
- Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
3. Backups are your responsibility
Your data is kept on your phone. If your phone is lost or damaged, or you uninstall the app and have no backup, your data can't be recovered. We recommend backing up regularly.
4. Student data
When you enter your students' details into the app, informing them and getting their consent where required is your responsibility. The data stays on your phone; see the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Promo and invite codes
Promo and invite codes can't be sold or transferred to someone else. We may cancel a code in case of misuse.
6. What RepDay does not do
- It doesn't take payments. It is a tracking tool for recording what your students pay you.
- It doesn't give medical or legal advice. Measurements and progress reports are for record-keeping.
7. Unacceptable use
Misusing the app, trying to disrupt the system or bypass its security, or trying to access other people's data without permission is prohibited.
8. Provision of the service
The service is provided "as is". We can't guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
9. Intellectual property
The RepDay name, logo, design and software belong to Gökhan Likos. You own the data you enter.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is on this page; the date at the top is the last update.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Provisions that protect your statutory rights as a consumer remain in force.
