We built RepDay to work with as little data as possible. Your students' details stay on your phone and never reach our servers. No account is created and we never ask for an email or password. We use no ads, no analytics and no tracking tools.

1. Data that stays on your phone
The following is stored only on your phone and is not sent to any RepDay server:
- Student details: name, phone number, birthday, height, weight, gender, goal, notes
- Sessions, packages, payments and measurements
- Message templates, settings and PIN
- Backup files: You create the backup and you send it yourself (Drive, WhatsApp, etc.). You can protect it with a password. These files never go to a RepDay server.
The controller of this data (the "data controller" under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK) is the trainer, meaning you. Informing your students and getting any required consent is your responsibility. RepDay has no access to this data.
2. Data sent to our servers
Some features need the internet. For these, the following is sent to our cloud database (Supabase):

| Anonymous ID | No account is created. Your phone is assigned a random ID number. There is no email, name or password. |
| Gym (optional) | Gym name and code, the name and color you appear with in the calendar, and the date and time only of your sessions. No student name or details are sent. Other trainers in the gym see your sessions as "Busy". |
| Promo code | The code used and the anonymous ID that used it. |
| Invite code | Your invite code, whose code you entered, and counts. |
Subscription payments are handled by Google Play. RepDay never receives your card or bank details.
3. Permissions we ask for, and why
- Camera: Only to scan the gym QR code. No photos are taken or saved.
- Contacts: We do not ask for contacts permission. When you add a student from your contacts, you pick a single contact yourself and only that person's name and number are brought into the app.
- Fingerprint / face recognition: For the app lock. Your phone does the check; RepDay never sees your biometric data.
- Notifications and alarms: Session reminders are set up on your phone.
- Internet: For the gym, codes and invites.
4. What we don't do
We show no ads, use no analytics or tracking tools, don't collect your location, and don't sell or share personal data.
5. Third parties
- Supabase: database service (the data in section 2).
- Google Play: payments and subscriptions.
When you open a ready-made message in WhatsApp, or send a backup to Drive or WhatsApp, you are using those services yourself; their own privacy policies apply.
6. Retention and deletion
Gym data is kept until you leave the gym. We carry out deletion requests within 30 days. For the steps, see Account and data deletion.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to ask whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To make a request: repdayapp@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
If you are a student: your details are kept on your trainer's phone. Please send your request to your trainer first.
8. Children
RepDay is not intended for people under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page; the date at the top is the last update.
