Account and Data Deletion

RepDay doesn't create accounts; it works with an anonymous ID. Here is how to delete each kind of data.
1. All data on your phone
Uninstalling the app deletes everything on the phone: students, sessions, packages, payments, measurements, message templates, settings and PIN.
If you want to keep your data first, you can make a backup in the app (optionally password-protected) or export to Excel.
2. Gym data
In the app, go to Settings → Leave gym. The name and color you appear with and your session times are deleted immediately.
3. Other server data
To delete your anonymous ID, promo code and invite records, send an email to repdayapp@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". So that we can find you, include your invite code or gym name. We complete your request within 30 days.

Things to know
- Deletion can't be undone. Because your data is on your phone, it can't be restored after uninstalling if you have no backup.
- Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting data doesn't automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. In the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, and cancel RepDay.
- Backup files: Backups you sent to Drive or WhatsApp are outside our control; you need to delete them yourself.
